Andrew Johnston’s blog is one of the few places that actually talks about agile in enterprise architecture without treating the two as separate worlds. agilearchitect.org

ADT Magazine has an enterprise section that covers the news and trends. It’s not EA-specific but it’s useful for keeping an eye on what’s moving. adtmag.com
Architecture & Governance Magazine

Research organisation with some useful EA insights, though most of it is behind a paywall. cutter.com

Enterprise-Wide IT Architecture. A bit older but still has some solid content on the practical side of things. ewita.com
Forrester Research
Heavy on the EA and CIO content, but again, most of it requires a subscription. Worth browsing if you have access. forrester.com
IFEAD
The Institute for Enterprise Architecture Developments was founded by Jaap Schekkerman. More academic than most of the rest on this list. nascio.org

Bob Bredemeyer’s resources for software architects. Practical, not theoretical. bredemeyer.com
Software Engineering Institute
CMU’s SEI has guidelines, best practices, and training material. The formal side of things, but useful when you need it. sei.cmu.edu
The Open Group Architecture Forum
This is where TOGAF lives. If you’re working with or against that framework, this is the place to be. thegroup.org
